POOL RESERVATIONS

All Pool Reservations must be made in person with the Pool Manager/Lifeguard on duty during regular pool operating hours.  Pool Party reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.  The Pool Manager/Lifeguard is responsible for scheduling and staffing all private pool parties.  The HOA has no control over scheduling times and/or lifeguard availability.

Association dues must be paid in full for Pool Party Reservations and you must show a valid 2010 Pool Pass when making your reservation.  HOA members are responsible to clean-up the pool area at the end of their party.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Due to insurance requirements and safety issues, a certified lifeguard must be present during the entire party - there are no exceptions to this rule.  All private pool parties are subject to lifeguard availability.    The Willows Homeowners Association or the pool management company makes no guarantees of lifeguard availability.

The party fee (typically for the lifeguard's time), dates and times for private pool parties must be negotiated directly between the Pool Manager or lifeguard on duty and the Homeowner.
